Michael Burnett

Product design leader. I build design organizations and make complex enterprise software — AI, governance, payments, infrastructure — usable by the people who actually have to operate it.

For fifteen years I've led design teams at enterprise SaaS, fintech, and consumer platforms — most recently a 15-person organization with four managers at Quickbase, where I lead UX and AI product strategy. I'm equally comfortable making the business argument in front of the executive team and prototyping the first version myself. Design-led work I've led has delivered an 87% lift in sales-qualified opportunities, a 3x valuation increase, and 10x revenue growth.
